Thank you for using Gaien Piano Salon. The system update completed during the late-night maintenance window on June 20, 2026. Please review the current information about ticket pass use, booking up to six months in advance, automatic pricing in the booking system, regular bookings in the new system, and the scheduled price revision.

1. Ticket Passes
Ticket pass purchase and use now require logging in to the new booking system. Please purchase, check balances, and use ticket passes from the booking system account area or booking screen. Existing members are also asked to reset their password when logging in to the new booking system for the first time. Phone verification may also be required.
Please use the new booking system for all bookings and ticket-pass operations.
The previous booking system is no longer used for bookings, ticket-pass purchases,
ticket-pass use, or balance checks.
2. Regular Bookings
All regular bookings are now handled through the new booking system, up to six months in advance. The previous booking system is no longer used for bookings or ticket-pass operations.
- Current booking systemSelect your preferred usage time, and the applicable pricing plan is applied automatically. For bookings more than 90 days ahead, please use credit card payment or ticket balance. Bank transfer is available only for bookings within 90 days.
- Regular booking hours5:00-24:00
- Late-night package24:00-5:00 / current price ¥8,000 / shown only in My Page after login for members who have used the salon at least once
3. Price Revision
From July 15, 2026, current displayed prices are scheduled to change to tax-included prices by adding an amount equivalent to 10% consumption tax.
Examples: ¥3,000 will become ¥3,300, and the late-night package will change
from ¥8,000 to ¥8,800. The late-night package is shown only in My Page after login for members who have used Gaien Piano Salon at least once. Booking or purchasing ticket passes before the price
revision is recommended if your usage schedule is already decided.
Customers with a ticket-pass purchase history by July 14, 2026 may purchase only the 30 min x 20-ticket set at a temporary price from July 15, 2026 through July 15, 2027.

4. Cancellation Policy
- Normal deadlineCancel up to 72 hours before the booking start time.
- Card refundEligible card cancellations are refunded at 95% of the paid amount.
- Ticket pass returnFor eligible cancellations, the used ticket pass will be returned.
- 30-minute reliefCancellations are accepted within 30 minutes after creating a booking, even after the normal deadline.
- Bank transfer refundThe expected refund is the paid amount minus 3% and ¥275.

Do existing members need to create a new account?
No. Existing members are asked to reset their password on first login to the new booking system. Phone verification may also be required.
Do I need to select a pricing plan before booking?
No. Choose your preferred usage time, and the system will automatically apply the applicable plan.
Where should I make regular bookings?
