Practice More Flexibly
Ticket passes are for members who use Gaien Piano Salon regularly. Each ticket is counted in 30-minute units, making it easy to extend a regular booking or plan focused practice before a lesson, audition, exam, or performance. Ticket passes are priced the same for weekdays, weekends, and holidays, making them especially useful for weekend or holiday practice.
Current Ticket Passes
A free member registration is required. Passes are valid for one year from the purchase date.

New System Migration Campaign: Until July 31, 2026, members who purchase a regular 20-ticket pass can receive one hour of campaign ticket passes, valid for 60 days. This benefit applies to each qualifying purchase during the campaign period. Details
Price revision notice: From July 15, 2026, the ticket pass prices are
scheduled to change to tax-included prices by adding an amount equivalent to 10%
consumption tax. The 10-ticket pass will change from ¥12,000 to ¥13,200,
and the 20-ticket pass will change from ¥23,000 to ¥25,300. Purchasing before
the revision is recommended if you plan to continue using the salon.
Customers with a ticket-pass purchase history by July 14, 2026 may purchase only the 30 min x 20-ticket set at a temporary price from July 15, 2026 through July 15, 2027.

Ticket Pass Use
Ticket pass purchase and use now require logging in to the new booking system.
Please purchase, check balances, and use ticket passes from the booking system account area or booking screen.
Existing members are also asked to reset their password when logging in to the new booking system for the first time. Phone verification may also be required.

Cancellation Rules
- Normal deadlineCancel up to 72 hours before the booking start time.
- Ticket returnFor eligible cancellations, the used ticket pass will be returned.
- After the deadlineAfter 72 hours before the start time, cancellations, refunds, and ticket returns are generally not available.
- 30-minute reliefCancellations are accepted within 30 minutes after creating a booking, even if the normal deadline has passed.
