Guest Entry Guide
This guide is for guests with a confirmed reservation.
Please read it before your first visit and keep your reservation time.
How to Enter
Arrive at the building
Enter from the small side path next to the main street entrance. Please arrive close to your reserved time.
Entrance auto-lock
Use the entrance keypad in the order shown below.
[CALL] → 1 → 2 → 3 → 4
The CALL button is at the lower right of the keypad.
Never share this entry procedure with anyone else.
If another member of your party arrives later, ask them to call Room 701 from the entrance keypad and unlock the door for them from inside.
Go to the 7th floor
Take the elevator to the 7th floor.
Please keep your voice low in the shared areas.
Entry to any other floor is strictly prohibited.
Do not enter the building on any day other than your booked date.
Enter the room and start
Please remove your shoes before entering. After entering, close the soundproof door firmly.
Leaving the Room
- Please finish playing, tidy the room, and leave by the end time of your reservation.
- Return the music stand, chair, and all shared equipment to their original positions.
- Turn off unnecessary lights and check that you have all your belongings.
- Please leave the air conditioner, dehumidifier, and humidifier running when you leave.
- Take any rubbish you brought with you, or place it in the rubbish collection area outside the building.
- Leave the room tidy and ready for the next guest.

Before You Use the Studio
Please check the notes below so your session is comfortable for you and the next guest.
Self Check-In / Out
This salon is operated by self check-in and self check-out. When leaving, please make sure you have all your belongings.
Shoes Off
Please take off your shoes inside the studio. Guest slippers are available at the entrance.
Copy the network name and password below, or scan the QR code shown after them. Please keep this information private.

Shared Equipment
Music stands, a Bluetooth speaker, microphone, microphone stand, cables, and a table are available in the room.
Lights
Some lights, including the plant light and the hand-view light above the piano chair, turn on and off automatically. Please turn off the other lights before leaving.
Soundproof Door
Please close the soundproof door while playing.
Free Drinks
Tea and coffee are available in the kitchen space. Please feel free to enjoy them during your visit.
Using the Studio
🎹 Piano Care
- When opening or closing the piano lid, check your hands and the lid prop, and move it slowly.
- If you are unsure, please leave the lid as it is rather than forcing it.
- Do not place drinks, phones, bags, or other personal items on the piano.
- After playing, lightly wipe the keys, music desk, and other touched areas with the dry cloth provided.
- Do not scrub, use chemicals, or use a wet cloth.
Playing Environment
- Keep the soundproof door closed while playing.
- Please do not move the piano, piano bench, or other large equipment.
- If anything about the piano feels unusual, stop playing and contact us.
Summer Room Conditions
During hot and humid weather, the dehumidifier is kept running to help protect the piano and maintain stable room conditions.
If the full-tank light is on and the dehumidifier has stopped, we would greatly appreciate it if you could empty the tank and restart it, where possible.
During summer, please leave the air conditioner's dehumidifying mode running. Thank you for helping us maintain the room environment.
