How to Enter (Self Check-In)

Gaien Piano Salon is a self check-in private rental studio.
After booking, please follow the instructions in the confirmation email and enter directly at your reserved time.

1) Arrive at the building

Enter from the small side path next to the main street entrance.

2) Auto-lock / Entrance keypad

Unlock the entrance by pressing buttons in the following order:
[呼出] → ① → ② → ③ → ④ (the door will open)
・呼出 button is at the bottom right of the panel

3) Take the elevator to the 7th floor

Go up to the 7th floor.
Please keep quiet in the shared areas.

4) Start your session (close the soundproof door)

Please take off your shoes before entering room.
After entering, please close the soundproof door firmly.
No food/drinks, avoid loud volumes, and please do not make calls in shared areas.
