Do I need to speak Japanese or make a phone call?
No. Booking is online, and no phone call is required. Self check-in instructions are sent by email before your visit.
How do I enter the room?
Gaien Piano Salon is self check-in. Please come directly to the room at your reserved time and follow the entry instructions sent by email.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Online reservations support credit card payment through the booking system.
What piano is available?
The room is equipped with a Shigeru Kawai SK-3 grand piano, suitable for focused practice, rehearsal, recording, and filming.
How long can I book?
Bookings start from 60 minutes. Discounted rates are available for 3+ hour and 6+ hour sessions.
Can I bring a teacher, accompanist, or another musician?
Yes. The room can be used for lessons, accompaniment sessions, vocal rehearsal, and small ensemble work. The basic fee includes up to 3 people; an additional fee applies from the 4th guest.
Can I record or film in the room?
Yes. You may use the room for recording and filming. Professional recording support is also available for auditions, competitions, portfolio clips, and release preparation.
Is food or drink allowed?
Please do not eat or drink near the piano. To protect the instrument and room, please clean up and take any trash with you.
What is the cancellation policy?
