The rates in this section are for the 7F Main Room and include tax.

For visiting musicians adjusting to Tokyo time, see the visitor-focused guide. Please note that regular bookings are available from 5:00 to 24:00. The late-night package is shown only in My Page after login for members who have used Gaien Piano Salon at least once.
In the current booking system, you do not need to select a pricing plan before booking. Choose your preferred usage time, and the system will automatically apply the applicable plan. Bookings are available up to six months in advance.

The base price includes up to 3 guests. For groups of 4 or more, an additional fee of ¥1,100 per person applies from the 4th guest onward.
Payments are processed securely through the booking system.
The standard cancellation deadline is 72 hours before the booking start time. Eligible credit-card cancellations are refunded at 95% of the payment amount. For bookings more than 90 days ahead, payment by credit card or ticket balance is required. Bank transfer is available only for bookings within 90 days.

Ticket Pass

We offer a ticket pass for frequent users at a better value.

30 minutes × 10 tickets (total 5 hours) ¥13,200

30 minutes × 20 tickets (total 10 hours) ¥25,300

* A free member registration is required to purchase/use ticket passes.

Existing members are also asked to reset their password at first login.

Ticket passes are available at the same price on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

You can purchase ticket passes, use ticket passes, and add extensions after logging in to My Page. Valid for 1 year from purchase.

Cancellation (ticket pass bookings): The standard cancellation deadline is 72 hours before the booking start time. If cancelled within the deadline, the used ticket pass is returned. Cancellations are also accepted within 30 minutes after booking creation as a relief measure for accidental bookings. After the deadline, cancellations and ticket returns are generally not available.
