How to Use Gaien Piano Salon
Reservations for Gaien Piano Salon are made through our online booking system. This guide summarizes what to check before booking, how to use the room on the day, and where to find rates, ticket passes, and cancellation rules.
Use ticket passes after login
Ticket pass purchase and use are handled from My Page after login. Existing members may be asked to reset their password at first login.
Regular hours and night package
Regular bookings are available from 5:00 to 24:00. The night package covers 24:00 to 5:00 and is shown in My Page for eligible members.
Using the room with others
The basic rate covers up to three guests. Additional fees may apply from the fourth guest, so please contact us in advance if your group is larger.
About the current booking system
The booking system update was completed on June 20, 2026. When you choose your preferred duration, the available rate plan is now applied automatically.
Please log in to My Page to purchase or use ticket passes. Regular bookings, ticket pass purchases, and ticket pass use should all be handled through the current booking system.

Check real-time availability on the booking page. Reservations are completed on the booking system, not inside this website.
Select your date and duration
Choose the date, start time, and length of use. The suitable rate plan is applied automatically based on your selection.
Pay or use ticket passes
Follow the payment method shown on screen. Card payment, bank transfer, or ticket pass use may be available depending on the booking.
Check the confirmation email
After booking, please read the confirmation email carefully. Entry instructions and reservation details are sent by email.
Self check-in on the day
Come to the room at your reserved time, follow the entry instructions, and leave within your booked time.

Keep the soundproof door closed and use the piano, music stand, lights, and room equipment with care.
Before you leave
