System update: A site-wide booking system update is scheduled for
June 20, 2026, from 0:00 to 5:00 JST. After the update, ticket passes must be used
after logging in to the new booking system. Regular bookings from the current booking
page and old My Page remain available until July 12, 2026.
Price revision notice: After the scheduled price revision, an amount
equivalent to 10% consumption tax will be added to the current displayed prices.
The late-night package is currently ¥8,000 and will become ¥8,800 after the revision.
Booking before the revision is recommended if your schedule is already decided.
Booking and Cancellation
- Card refundsCancel up to 72 hours before the start time for a 95% refund.
- Ticket passesFor eligible cancellations, the used ticket pass will be returned.
- 30-minute reliefCancellations are accepted within 30 minutes after creating a booking, even after the normal deadline.
- Bank transfer refundsThe expected refund is the paid amount minus 3% and ¥275.
