Thank you for using Gaien Piano Salon. Please review the following information about the booking system update, ticket pass switchover, old booking page period, and scheduled price revision.

1. System Update
A full booking system update is scheduled from June 20, 2026, 0:00 to 5:00 JST. During this maintenance window, bookings from the old booking page and old My Page will be temporarily stopped.
During the maintenance window, ticket pass menus and ticket pass usage routes in
the old booking system will be stopped, and ticket pass use will be switched to the
new booking system only. Please avoid booking operations during the update and check
the new booking system after 5:00.
2. Ticket Passes
- Until June 20, 0:00Please purchase and use ticket passes from the old booking system.
- June 20, 0:00-5:00Ticket pass functions will be switched over during the system update.
- From June 20, 5:00Ticket pass purchase and use will require logging in to the new booking system.
Please do not operate ticket passes in both systems during the transition.
Using both systems before the switchover may make remaining balances and usage
status difficult to confirm.
3. Regular Bookings
Regular bookings from the old booking page and old My Page will remain available until July 12, 2026. From July 13, 2026, regular bookings will be unified into the new booking method.

4. Price Revision
From July 15, 2026, current displayed prices are scheduled to change to tax-included prices by adding an amount equivalent to 10% consumption tax.
Examples: ¥3,000 will become ¥3,300, and the late-night package will change
from ¥8,000 to ¥8,800. Booking or purchasing ticket passes before the price
revision is recommended if your usage schedule is already decided.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Normal deadlineCancel up to 72 hours before the booking start time.
- Card refundEligible card cancellations are refunded at 95% of the paid amount.
- Ticket pass returnFor eligible cancellations, the used ticket pass will be returned.
- 30-minute reliefCancellations are accepted within 30 minutes after creating a booking, even after the normal deadline.
- Bank transfer refundThe expected refund is the paid amount minus 3% and ¥275.
