Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using Gaien Piano Salon.
The handling of booking changes, cancellations, and refunds is as follows.

Cancellation deadline & refund

Cancellations made up to 3 days before the booking date

If you complete the cancellation procedure at least 3 days before your booking date, we will refund 95% of the paid amount.
5% will be deducted as payment processing / system fees.

Cancellations made 2 days before to the day of the booking

In principle, this is non-refundable.
However, if the booking system (SelectType) shows a different cancellation policy or additional operational rules apply, the information shown there will take precedence.


Changes (rescheduling)

If rescheduling is available, please proceed via the booking system.
Availability, deadlines, and possible fees follow the information shown on the booking page (SelectType).


Ticket pass bookings

For bookings made using a ticket pass, cancellations completed within the deadline (up to 3 days before the booking date) are, in principle, eligible for reversal of ticket consumption (ticket restored).
After the deadline, the ticket may be treated as consumed, depending on system rules (SelectType display takes precedence).


Refund method & notes

  • Credit card (Stripe): refund timing depends on your card issuer and may take several days to appear.
  • Bank transfer (if supported): transfer fees may be deducted where applicable.
  • Eligibility for refunds / reversals may vary depending on booking status and system specifications.

Cancellation by the salon

If we are unable to provide the service due to issues on our side (e.g., equipment problems), we will respond as appropriate with a refund or rescheduling.
