For Visiting Musicians In Tokyo
Travel can make your practice schedule feel different, especially when you are still adjusting to the time zone. Gaien Piano Salon is a quiet private piano room where visiting musicians can practice, prepare, or record during their stay in Tokyo.
Book online, pay by card, receive entry instructions by email, and come directly to the room. Returning members who are eligible may also see late-night options in My Page after login.
Check live availability up to six months in advance, reserve your time, and pay online. Entry instructions are sent by email before your visit.
Current booking system: The booking system update on June 20, 2026 has been completed. For bookings more than 90 days ahead, payment by credit card or ticket balance is required. Bank transfer is available only for bookings within 90 days. Ticket passes must be purchased and used after logging in to My Page. Existing members are also asked to reset their password when logging in for the first time.
No phone call required. The salon is self check-in, so you can arrive directly at your reserved time. Please complete setup, cleanup, and exit within your booking.
Rent the entire room by the hour. The fee includes private use of the room and the Shigeru Kawai SK-3 grand piano.
Price revision notice: A scheduled price revision will add an amount equivalent to 10% consumption tax to the current displayed prices. For example, ¥3,000 will become ¥3,300, and the late-night package will change from ¥8,000 to ¥8,800. Booking before the revision is recommended when your schedule is decided.
For frequent users, ticket passes make regular practice more economical after free membership registration. Ticket passes must be purchased and used after logging in to My Page.
Customers with a ticket-pass purchase history by July 14, 2026 may purchase only the 30 min x 20-ticket set at a temporary price from July 15, 2026 through July 15, 2027.
Free membership saves time on future bookings and gives access to ticket passes for regular practice.
