QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Frequently asked questions
What is the deadline for the 1-hour referral reward?
Your friend's first paid 7F visit must be completed by December 15, 2026 for both of you to receive 1 hour. Eligibility is based on the visit completion date, not the booking or referral date. For visits completed from December 16, you will each receive 30 minutes.
Does a first visit using purchased practice tickets qualify?
Yes. A first 7F visit paid for with purchased practice tickets qualifies. Both the first qualifying visit and reward use must be in the 7F Main Room. The 5F DIAPASON Room is excluded.
Is my friend's first visit free?
No. The first visit is paid. Once the first paid 7F visit is completed, both of you receive a reward for a future 7F booking: 1 hour each for visits completed by December 15, 2026, or 30 minutes each from December 16. See how it works for the steps.
When and where will we receive our reward tickets?
After your friend's first paid 7F visit is completed, tickets will be issued to both My Page accounts. You will be notified of issue and expiry. Select “Use referral reward” (紹介特典を使う) on a future 7F booking and check the discounted amount payable.
Can I pay the difference if my reward does not cover the booking?
Yes. You can combine a referral reward with an additional payment when booking the 7F Main Room. Please pay any remaining balance.
What if I cancel a booking made with a reward and an additional payment?
If the cancellation meets the applicable conditions, your used reward will be returned and the additional payment refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy (Japanese). Refund amounts and cancellation deadlines follow that policy.
When do the benefits expire?
Practice tickets, including bonus tickets, are valid for 1 year from purchase. Referral rewards (1 hour or 30 minutes) are valid for 90 days from issue. December 15 is the purchase deadline for bonus practice tickets and the first-visit completion deadline for the 1-hour referral reward. Issued benefits may be used until their individual expiry dates.
Is the 5F DIAPASON Room included?
No. Both the bonus practice ticket offer and referral rewards apply only to the 7F Main Room.
