To thank members during the transition to our new booking system, Gaien Piano Salon is running a limited campaign. Eligible members can receive one hour of campaign ticket passes, valid for 60 days.

Two Campaign Benefits

Conditions and limits differ by benefit. The 20-ticket pass purchase benefit applies to each qualifying purchase during the campaign period.

Benefit 1

20-ticket pass purchase benefit

During the campaign period, members who purchase a regular 20-ticket pass will receive campaign ticket passes equivalent to one hour.

Benefit 2

Paid booking of 3 hours or more

During the campaign period, members who make one regular paid booking of 180 minutes or more will receive campaign ticket passes equivalent to one hour.

Automatically granted from around 3 days before the use date when the eligible booking remains active

Not Eligible

Campaign ticket passes can be used for regular bookings. To avoid misunderstanding, the following are not eligible for campaign benefits.

  • Special ticket passes, late-night package ticket passes, and manual grants by administrators
  • Unpaid or cancelled ticket-pass purchases
  • Bookings made with ticket passes, late-night packages, lesson slots, fixed-use bookings, and zero-yen bookings
  • Combining multiple bookings to reach three hours

How It Works

1. Log inLog in to My Page in the booking system.
2. Meet a conditionPurchase a 20-ticket pass, or make one regular paid booking of 180 minutes or more.
3. Receive the benefitCampaign ticket passes are granted when the condition is met.
4. Use for bookingUse the campaign ticket passes for regular bookings.
